Tsuchigumo or Mizuki as a companion is a monster in the second part of Monster Girl Quest: Paradox.

Monsterpedia Entry

“A spider monster from the Yamatai Region. Following the Spider Princess’s call, she joined in the attack on Grangold. Though her demeanor is soft, her heart is brutal and cold blooded. If caught in her webs, you can expect to be sucked dry.

Wielding high magic ability among insect monsters, she is even able to create a sort of alternate dimension, trapping prey in her own private space. The only way out is to either defeat her, or be preyed on.”

Strategy

She can deal solid damage with her party wide and multi-hit attacks, but since she always spawn alone, you can heal before the situation goes sour. Her only actual taoism skill is the Mute Earth Talisman, which is only a problem if you rely on casters. She's slightly more resistant to status effects than the standard spider, but she can still be reliably paralyzed or silenced, or even affected by pleasure skills.

Since she doesn't have any elemental resist, you can once again use you favorite element, even if bio is still slightly better against her.

Evaluation

"Look at that pitiful insect, squirming on a spider's web... Oh my, that's you. Aside from her sticky attacks, the Tsuchigumo also uses Taoism skills. Be careful as she also has pleasure and bind attacks at her disposal. Her elemental defense is normal, so damaging her shouldn't be a problem. Since status ailments don't really work on her, you should fight normally. Now go, oh Brave Luka. Destroy these spider monsters that are terrorizing Grangold."
