Dagger
Dagger skills scale based on the sum of attack and dexterity, and their damage is amplified when using daggers.

- Weapons: Dagger.
Sword
Sword skills scale based on attack only, with the exception of recovery skills that benefit from willpower.
- Attributes: Attack.
- Weapons: Sword, Knight Sword, Great Sword and Magic Sword.
Rapier
Rapier skills scale based on the sum of attack and agility, and their damage is amplified when using rapiers. Rapier skills also recover additional SP when striking enemies.
- Attributes: Attack and Agility.
- Weapons: Rapier.
Katana
Katana skills scale based on the sum of attack and dexterity, and their damage is amplified when using katanas.
- Attributes: Attack and Dexterity.
- Weapons: Katana.
Spear
Spear skills scale based on the sum of attack and agility, with the exception of recovery skills that benefit from willpower. Spear skills also possess innate speed bonuses, increasing the odds of acting first in a turn.

- Weapons: Spear and Heavy Spear.
Axe
Axe skills scale based on attack only, and their damage is amplified when using axes. Axe skills also completely ignore the target's defense.

Club
Club skills scale based on attack only, with the exception of a few skills that also benefit from magic. Club skills also ignore half of the enemy's defense.

Scythe
Scythe skills scale based on either attack or magic, and their damage is amplified when using scythes.

Bow
Bow skills scale based on the sum of attack and dexterity, with the exception of recovery skills that benefit from dexterity only. Their damage is amplified when using bows.

Whip
Whip skills scale based on the sum of attack and dexterity, and their damage is amplified when using whips.

Throwing
Throwing skills scale based on the sum of attack and dexterity, and their damage is amplified when using boomerangs.

- Weapons: Boomerang.
Flail
Flail skills scale based on attack only, and their damage is amplified when using flails. Flail skills also ignore half of the enemy's defense.

Fan
Fan skills scale based on the sum of dexterity and agility, and their damage is amplified when using fans. Fan skills also possess innate speed bonuses, increasing the odds of acting first in a turn.

Gun
Gun skills scale based on dexterity only, with the exception of a few skills that also scale with your current HP or the amount of downed allies. Their damage is amplified when using guns.

Multiweapon
Multiweapon skills scale based on attack only, and do not benefit from any particular weapon. Multiweapon skills often strike multiple times, or multiple foes.

Unarmed
Unarmed skills scale based on the sum of attack and agility, with the exception of succubi skills that scale based on dexterity and agility instead. Their damage is amplified when using fist weapons.
- Attributes: Attack and Agility (Dexterity and Agility for succubi skills).
- Weapons: Fist.
White Magic
White Magic skills scale based on willpower only, with the exception of offensive skills that may also benefit from magic. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however staves provide the highest amount of willpower.
- Attributes: Willpower.
- Weapons: Staff.
Black Magic
Black Magic skills scale based on magic only. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however those that provide high amounts of magic are ideal.

- Weapons: Rod, Magic Sword, Scythe, Grimoire.
Time Magic
Time Magic skills scale based on magic only, with the exception of a few skills that scale with the enemy's HP instead. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however those that provide high amounts of magic are ideal.

Summoning
Summoning skills scale based primarily on magic, with the exception of a few skills that also benefit from dexterity. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however those that provide high amounts of magic are ideal.

- Weapons: Rod, Magic Sword, Scythe, Grimoire.
Holy
Holy skills scale based on either dexterity or willpower, with the exception of a few skills that also benefit from attack, and are guaranteed to hit. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however those that provide high amounts of dexterity or willpower are ideal.
- Attributes: Dexterity or Willpower.
- Weapons: Staff.
Dark
Dark skills scale based on either attack or magic, completely ignore the enemy's defense, and are guaranteed to hit. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however those that provide high amounts of attack or magic are ideal.
- Attributes: Attack or Magic.
- Weapons: Rod, Magic Sword, Scythe, Grimoire.
Spellblade
Spellblade skills are limited to providing buffs to yourself and your allies, and do not scale with any attributes.
- Attributes: None.
- Weapons: Any.
Taoism
Taoism skills scale based on either magic or dexterity, and often inflict several status ailments. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however those that provide high amounts of magic or dexterity are ideal.
- Attributes: Magic or Dexterity.
- Weapons: Rod, Magic Sword, Scythe, Grimoire.
Thievery
Thievery skills are mostly limited to stealing items or materials, and do not scale with any attributes, with the exception of very few skills that scale with dexterity.
- Attributes: None (Dexterity for few skills).
- Weapons: Any.
Ninjutsu
Ninjutsu skills scale based on either attack or dexterity. Their damage is amplified when using ninja swords.
- Attributes: Attack or Dexterity.
- Weapons: Ninja Sword.
Piracy
Piracy skills scale based on either attack, dexterity or agility, and grant physical counter state after using most of them. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however those that provide high amounts of attack, dexterity or agility are ideal.
- Attributes: Attack, Dexterity or Agility.
- Weapons: Any.
Justice
Justice skills scale based primarily on attack, with the exception of a few skills that scale with magic instead. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon, however those that provide high amounts of attack or magic are ideal.
- Attributes: Attack (Magic for certain skills).
- Weapons: Any.
Mercantile
Mercantile skills do not scale with regular attributes, but use various other values for scaling such as the user's level or the amount of steps taken. Many mercantile skills that involve purchasing items also cost gold to use instead. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon

EX-Item
EX-Item skills do not scale with any attributes, with the exception of a few skills that scale with dexterity. Their damage is not amplified by using a particular weapon.
