Monster Girl Quest: Paradox is a trilogy game series made by Torotoro Resistance. It is the sequel to the original Monster Girl Quest trilogy, but it’s exact relation to the original is complex due to its alternate universe status and the role of temporal paradoxes in its plot. Like its predecessor, there are a planned total of three parts. Part One was translated into English by Dargoth with the help of Rogue[1], and Part Two's translation is roughly finished.
Here is the list of additions that the English patch has.
Here is the Japanese wiki.

Gameplay
Returning features include Luka as the protagonist, several characters from the original trilogy, and the Monsterpedia. Unlike its predecessor, Paradox functions as more of a traditional turn-based JRPG game made in RPG Maker VX Ace, with influences from the Dragon Quest and Shin Megami Tensei series of games[2].
All monsters from the original trilogy are planned to return, plus new ones, for a planned total of roughly 500 monsters, all of which can be recruited to the player's party. Paradox has a rich multi-tiered class system that is composed of Jobs (which can all be selected by any character) and Races (which have a more limited accessibility, based on each character's nature and appearance), in addition to there being Unique Traits, which are character-specific bonuses that grant them individual strengths.
The game has a huge world to explore, a vast amount of items and equipments to collect, tons of secrets, sidequests, optional areas and bosses.
The story will have mutually exclusive choices that will impact later parts of the game, with hints of there being multiple endings.
Synopsis
The game happens in a world where the Slaughter of Remina didn't happen, instead being replaced by the Great Disaster. As a consequence, monsters and humans banded together to face this ordeal and became quite close. Furthermore, since Ilias no longer appeared to baptize heroes, the faith waned and most people thinks the goddess is dead.
The story follows the adventure of the hero Luka on his journey to find his father after the latter disappeared leaving only the most cryptic clues as to his whereabout. On his way, he encounters a small angel who pretends to be the Goddess Ilias and a small yoma who says she's the Monster Lord. After Ilias reappears at his baptism, the hero realizes his adventure will carry a great importance and his childhood friend decides to accompany him.
"Guided" by the mysterious White Rabbit he recruits several other companions, gets the support of mysterious twins to help him sporadically, visit several alternate dimensions located in a strange place called Tartarus, and learns that the world is in chaos as three Monster Lords fight for power all while helping the different communities he encounter. Furthermore, it seems three succubi known as the Lilith Sisters are also working behind the scene to tear the world apart.
As he progresses, the hero learns that every universe is threatened to end into Chaos because they didn't follow the correct history and are contaminating one another.
He later learns that are somehow involved in the disapperance of several communities around the world, and end the long standing war between Grangold and the other human kingdoms that was secretly started by an outside influence. Soon after, the current Monster Lord declares a war of extermination against humanity.
When Luka explores yet again another Tartarus, the Monster Lord attacks the major human settlements. After pushing the assaults back and dealing with the monsters responsible for the attack, he visits the mysterious Snow Continent where he learns of the origins of the Great Disaster from Ilias herself. A fight break out between the Lilith Sisters and the Three second-generation seraphim, and the world is nearly destroyed following the intervention of powerful apoptosis, being only saved at the last moment by one of Luka's companion.

Monsters
Dark God and Six Ancestors
Lilith Sisters
The Lilith Sisters are three legendary succubi who are the creation of Minagi, one of the Six Ancestors. Lilith & Lilim in the original trilogy hint to the original Lilith Sisters, stating that they do not belong to the mythological class of succubi and their fame may have been mixed up with the original legend.
Angels
Seven Archangels
The Seven Archangels are the highest ranks of all angels, who only follow direct orders from the goddess herself. Each of their power is equal to that of Six Ancestors. Despite their name, these angels are not related to the Archangel rank in the Hierarchy of Angels.
Seraphim
Since Micaela has been promoted to the leader of the Seven Archangels and Lucifina has fallen, Eden has been promoted to the 1st seraphim, and Zion and Gnosis were created to fill the gap and become the second generation of Seraphims.
