As pictured below, when I start Monster Girl Quest the text is all unreadable, this goes for menus too. I've tried to find various solutions and asked my friends for help who never experienced this problem, yet it still seems unsolvable. The text has a weird spacing which makes words almost unreadable and it's a nusicance to do so. I have also tried both versions of this multiple times, both NOwordwrap.exe and mon_que.exe have this issue.
I am playing this on a Mac which may be the issue, I am running it through Crossover Version 12.1.2. If anyone is aware of how to fix this I'd appreciate the help.
Text has weird spacing
Are you playing the normal executable or the text wrap executable? (Or, the one with the cute girl or the the one with Alice on it?)

It might have something to do with that you don't have the right font. Try looking at this on how to register new fonts, and at the same time you can check if the folder exists and there are fonts in there. If there aren't try finding + installing a few default versions (Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana).
Hope this helps you / fixes it.

P.S. not a Mac / crossover user so I can't get more precise than this.

Hey I fixed this. I did this through PlayOnLinux. I simply went to the game's "configure" menu, then "install components", then I installed everything with the word "font". If it has the word "font", install it. Bingo it works. Don't know why, don't care why.
