Eliciel is an angel in the second part of Monster Girl Quest: Paradox.
Monsterpedia Entry
“An angel belonging to the ninth circle of the angel hierarchy, her role is the fertilisation of the earth. Using her plant attributes, she is able to produce ripe fruits from her body.
Normally her mission is to give blessings to humans on the surface, but in the event she finds a sinner, she will forcibly bind and take him into her body where countless fruits will rape him. The pathetic sinner will ascend to heaven as he tastes the pleasure of the fruit, and be reborn as a new fruit produced by Eliciel.
However, due to Heaven’s disappearance, she resides on the surface world and as a result, her power has greatly diminished. Even so, she can still handle the odd Youma or two.”

Evaluation
“I used to eat fruits when I was hungry… After I made that angel for her fruits, I lost my appetite. Eliciel is a plant type of angel. Aside from physical attacks she can cause status ailments such as Sleep, Trance and Petrification. Because it is a plant Fire and Bio attacks work well on her. Fight her normally since it’s really hard to inflict status ailments on her. Now go, oh Brave Luka. You can eat her fruits if you want in my stead… …Ah don’t, they might eat you instead.”
