Caterpillar Girl is a resident of Plansect Village in Monster Girl Quest.
Later, after Luka defeats Queen Bee, Caterpillar Girl appears and is surprised to see Alra Rooty and Alra Arum, who have just arrived as well. The two plants then turn their attention to the insect, but Luka, who wished for the conflict between the two monster races end, steps in and assists Caterpillar Girl. After "betraying" the plants, Luka asks Caterpillar Girl if the insects would have eaten the plants if they won, but she replies that it would be disgusting to eat the plants that ate her friends, and all she has been doing is fighting in self-defense to avoid being eaten.
After Luka resolves the issue in Plansect Village and returns, Caterpillar Girl thanks him for rescuing her.
“An insect monster that resembles a green caterpillar. Her primary method of feeding is to immobilize her prey with her sticky silk, and then sucking out his semen. She can absorb the semen through her silk, or use her mouth to suck out his semen.
Once she has enough nourishment, she can go into the pupa stage. Since she sucks out semen for the purpose of storing nourishment for this stage, it’s rare for her to suck a man to his death. It is unknown what kind of insect she will become until she grows bigger…”
Double Insect Blowjob: Normal attack that deals damage two times. Will trigger facial bukkake on loss.
Sticky Silk: Triggers bind status and deals damage.
Caterpillar Girl fights alongside Moth Girl and Mosquito Girl, so use Gnome to tank damage. Most of the time, Caterpillar Girl will do nothing until Moth Girl is defeated. But, once Mosquito Girl is defeated as well, Caterpillar Girl flees.
If Luka loses to Caterpillar Girl, she wraps him up in her silk, which causes him to ejaculate. Afterwards, his semen is used as nourishment while the Caterpillar Girl grows into adulthood.
“Sucked dry by a bunch of insects... You're really trying to give all your semen to monsters, aren't you? Because of the intense damage from the group of them, you should use Gnome. Both the damage reduction and the ability to break out of binds will be crucial. Since your opponents are insects, Sylph won't be very useful. This time, stick with Gnome. Now go, oh brave Luka. Though it's interesting to see monsters kill each other, go ahead and kill them yourself.”
